    • To adapt our products and services to better meet your needs;
    • To personalise marketing offers and messages addressed to you;
    • To inform you of any special offers or new facilities offered by the hotel and The Originals group
  • To manage our relationship with customers before, during and after their stay:
    • Managing the loyalty programme;
    • Updating the customer database;
    • Segmenting based on your booking history and customer travel habits in order to send targeted communications;
    • To predict and anticipate future behaviour;
    • Drawing up statistics and business records and reporting;
    • To learn and manage preferences of loyal or first-time customers;

Unless you inform us otherwise, we will offer you similar or identical products and services to those in your purchase history/browsing behaviour that are of legitimate interest.

We process your personal data to fulfil our legal obligations and/or to use your personal data for the options provided for by law. We reserve the right to anonymise this personal data and to use it. As third party apps are integrated into our site

We may include third party apps on our site, which allow you to share content from our site with other people or tell people you are browsing our site and your views on the content. This is the case with the ‘Share’ and ‘Like’ buttons from social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google +, YouTube, Instagram and TripAdvisor.
